Moon Löffler is a marketing and creative strategist with a background in design and UX, specialising in hospitality, culture and experience-led brands.

With a background in UX and interaction design, Moon has spent more than nine years creating digital products, brands and experiences — from technology companies and interactive theatre to restaurants, cultural projects and community spaces.

Today, through Meld, they work across creative strategy, web design, UX, digital marketing, content and communications. Their approach connects the bigger picture with the details: how people discover a place, what they see online, how easily they can book, what arrives in their inbox and how the experience continues when they walk through the door.

Alongside design, Moon is a musician and performer, bringing an instinct for storytelling, improvisation and human connection into their work.

Born in Switzerland and raised in Canada, Moon is now based in Zürich and works in English and German.
